Production Operator

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while maintaining a safe, efficient, and high‑quality work environment. What You’ll Do Work collaboratively with your team, promoting a culture of respect, fairness, and cooperation. Learn to read blueprints and technical instructions to support production tasks. Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other equipment. Operate a variety of tools and machines to complete production work. Maintain high standards for product quality and production efficiency. Follow all safety and environmental procedures, including spill prevention, stormwater protection, and proper handling of materials. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Willingness to learn new skills and operate production equipment. Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, when needed. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain standing or sitting for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
