Wisdom Playgrounds and World Klass Play are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service, Order Entry & Account Support Specialist to manage customer orders and provide day-to-day support for assigned dealer accounts.

This position will be responsible for entering and processing orders, communicating with customers, providing order and shipping updates, coordinating with internal departments, resolving customer questions, and ensuring each account receives timely and dependable support.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, can manage multiple orders and accounts at once, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, follow-through, and customer service are essential. The position may also assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, and maintain customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealer and customer accounts.
• Provide customers with updates regarding order status, lead times, shipping, and delivery.
• Review purchase orders and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with sales, production, logistics, accounting, and customer service teams to keep orders moving.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with order changes, documentation, product information, and account needs.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and communication records within company systems.
• Follow up on missing information, approvals, payments, and other items needed to process orders.
• Help manage customer expectations and communicate delays or changes clearly.
• Build strong working relationships with assigned accounts and provide consistent follow-through.
• Assist with basic accounts receivable, accounts payable, and administrative tasks as needed during slower periods.
• Support the sales team with general account coordination and order-related requests.
• Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, account support, inside sales support, or a similar administrative role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Basic accounting knowledge or experience with accounts receivable/accounts payable is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
