Structural Engineer

Responsibilities Lead diverse structural projects from concept through construction, with input from senior leadership and accountability for project success and client relationships. Collaborate with architects, developers, contractors, and facility owners to deliver innovative structural designs that balance technical excellence, constructability, and long-term performance. Engage with a variety of project types including commercial, industrial, institutional, and infrastructure-related ventures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license. 5+ years of structural engineering consulting experience. Experience designing structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and foundation systems. Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as RAM, ETABS, STAAD Pro, RISA, or similar platforms. Knowledge of applicable building codes, structural standards, and design methodologies. Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
