Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.

Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
