Inpatient Geriatric Pharmacist | Clinical Leader

Grady Health System is seeking a Geriatric Clinical Pharmacist to work in patient care areas, reviewing medication orders for Neonatal, Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric patients. The pharmacist will communicate with nursing and medical staff to resolve drug-related problems and will serve as an advanced practitioner, educator, consultant, leader, and researcher in the inpatient geriatric unit.
