What You’ll Do:

As our Customer Service & Inside Sales Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers across North America while helping drive sales growth. This position combines customer service, inside sales, and commercial operations, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in sales and customer success.

Customer Service

·       Serve as the first point of contact for customers across North America.

·       Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

·       Assist customers with onboarding, product registration, and subscription activation.

·       Coordinate technical support requests with internal teams.

·       Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial inquiry through ongoing account support.

Inside Sales & Business Development

·       Prospect for new business through outbound calling and lead generation.

·       Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

·       Qualify inbound sales opportunities.

·       Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities.

·       Support distributor and dealer relationships.

·       Promote subscription renewals and additional product offerings.

·       Partner with retailers to ensure a seamless customer handoff and successful product implementation.

Customer Success & Commercial Operations

·       Build long-term customer relationships.

·       Support product launches and customer communications.

·       Help customers maximize the value of CERES TAG solutions.

·       Gather customer feedback to support continuous product improvement.

·       Maintain accurate customer information in HubSpot CRM.

·       Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications

·       2+ years of customer service, inside sales, or business development experience.

·       Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, or generating new business opportunities.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Experience using a CRM system.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience with HubSpot CRM.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science, AgTech, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

·       Experience in AgTech, precision agriculture, livestock production, animal health, or related industries.

·       Experience supporting field sales teams, customers with software, mobile applications, or connected technology products, including basic troubleshooting

·       Interest in technology-driven customer solutions.
