Job Description PAY RANGE: $14.00-$15.00/hour based upon experience THE HIRING COMPANY: Real Equity Management (REM) is a privately owned design-build and property management firm based in Columbia, Missouri. For more than 20 years, we have fulfilled community needs by building a diverse commercial and residential real estate portfolio across the Midwest. Over the years, our portfolio has grown to include hotels, restaurants, mixed-use and market-rate communities, in addition to commercial and retail spaces. We remain focused on our plans for growth and currently have several exciting projects under construction and in queue! THE SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING INTERN POSITION: REM is looking to expand our Marketing Team and hire a Social Media Marketing Intern to create social media campaigns to drive business goals and engage with our target market. You will create content, interact with followers and manage social media accounts for our Discovery Park brands. SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor, grow and enhance our Discovery Park brands' social media presence through content, giveaways, in-person events & other methods. Assist Marketing Team with the creation of organic and paid social media strategies. Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts. Post content on social media accounts, monitor engagements and respond to customer inquiries or comments. Attend events to gather event photos and videos, to use for social media campaigns. Assist in analyzing campaign results and reporting on performance metrics for social media campaigns to monitor progress and achievement of goals/milestones. Collect digital marketing data and organize in excel. Track, monitor and analyze marketing conversion data to determine areas for campaign improvement as well as campaign success. Assist with email marketing efforts to various audiences. Foster positive online presence through reputation management and customer service. Work with Marketing Team on Ad hoc projects as needed. Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media and digital advertising. SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING INTERN QUALIFICATIONS: Current student majoring/minoring in Marketing or related field Previous experience managing/creating social media content for a business, required Possess a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week and on some weekends Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills Highly organized and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to use good judgment, think critically, and act proactively #J-18808-Ljbffr
