Overview

Liberty Staffing USA is hiring for a Powder Coating Support / Production Associate for a busy industrial facility in Lakeland, FL. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in powder coating or industrial manufacturing environments who are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with powder coating preparation processes
• Prep, mask, hang, rack, and stage materials for coating
• Support powder coating operators during production runs
• Inspect parts for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
• Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with general shop and production duties as needed

Qualifications

• Powder coating experience preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or shop environment required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shift
