Vacation Planning Coordinators work with established booking platforms and travel suppliers to assist with reservations, itineraries, and travel logistics. Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning vacation travel including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and transportation

Coordinate and organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure smooth travel experiences

Provide destination recommendations based on client preferences, travel goals, and budgets

Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability

Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications

Provide support to travelers before and during their vacations when needed

Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications

Stay informed about travel promotions, destination information, and industry updates

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple travel requests and client needs

Customer-service mindset with attention to detail

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Basic computer proficiency and ability to use online booking systems
