Front Desk Coordinator

Happy Teeth Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Statesville, NC. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk calendar
• Verify patient information and insurance details accurately
• Maintain patient records and handle confidential information with care
• Assist with billing and payment processing as needed
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer applications and scheduling software
• Prior experience in a dental or healthcare front desk role preferred
