About the Role
We’re seeking an IC Design Lead to take complex integrated circuits from concept to production, leading a talented team and collaborating across disciplines in sensing, imaging, signal processing, and advanced systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead IC projects end-to-end, from planning to tape-out.
- Manage a local team of 4–5 engineers and coordinate with global partners.
- Guide architecture, integration, and system-level design decisions.
- Ensure high-quality results while mitigating risks and solving complex challenges.
Qualifications
- Master’s in EE, Optical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- 7+ years in IC design with leadership experience.
Required Skills
- Strong CMOS IC expertise (digital, memory, MCU, mixed-domain).
- Proven track record with tape-outs and embedded-system products.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with consumer products.
- Cadence tools.
- Matlab/Python/LabView.
- Low-power designs.
