Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree Experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-tech hardware.Technical lead on design reviews, process improvement initiatives.Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance per business requirements Desired SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related field.Master’s degree or coursework in Model-Based Engineering (MBE) or Systems Engineering.5-8 years of professional experience related to role.Influencing decisions without formal authorityUnderstanding of the Systems Engineering V-Model, requirements flow-down, and verification & validation (V&V) processes.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
