The individual will help the Production Operations team manage production activities using a variety of industrial engineering and EVMS approaches. They will work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and a variety of Production support functions. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities. Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Industrial Engineering (or a related discipline) and 3 years of professional experience as an Industrial Engineer or in support of a manufacturing facilityExperience in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and Pivot TablesDesired SkillsResource planning experienceTableau experienceAerospace or Fabrication Shop ExperienceStrong Verbal and Written Communication SkillsSQL ExperienceExperience with statistical analysis, data analysis, and/or database operations Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
