Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Automotive Manufacturing
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Process Optimization, and New Program Launches while supporting manufacturing, equipment, packaging, and facility development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
Conduct Time Studies & Labor Analysis
Drive Cost Reduction & Process Improvements
Develop Facility Layouts & Manufacturing Plans
Optimize Material Flow & Warehouse Logistics
Design Ergonomic Packaging & Line Presentation
Perform DFM/DFA & Manufacturability Analysis
Lead FMEA, Process Flow & Control Plans
Develop Error-Proofing & Process Controls
Develop Equipment & Automation Plans
Manage Equipment Procurement, Installation & Run-Off
Support OEE, Cpk & Production Performance
Lead New Program Launches
Troubleshoot Manufacturing & Process Issues
Train Production & Quality Teams
Qualifications
Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen expertise
Assembly Process & Material Flow experience
Automation, Machine Controls & Equipment
Sensors, Pneumatics & Electrical Systems
Time Studies & Line Balancing
Ergonomics & Human Factors
Packaging & Material Handling
CAD experience
Facility Design & Manufacturing Layouts
