Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Automotive Manufacturing
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Process Optimization, and New Program Launches while supporting manufacturing, equipment, packaging, and facility development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct Time Studies & Labor Analysis
- Drive Cost Reduction & Process Improvements
- Develop Facility Layouts & Manufacturing Plans
- Optimize Material Flow & Warehouse Logistics
- Design Ergonomic Packaging & Line Presentation
- Perform DFM/DFA & Manufacturability Analysis
- Lead FMEA, Process Flow & Control Plans
- Develop Error-Proofing & Process Controls
- Develop Equipment & Automation Plans
- Manage Equipment Procurement, Installation & Run-Off
- Support OEE, Cpk & Production Performance
- Lead New Program Launches
- Troubleshoot Manufacturing & Process Issues
- Train Production & Quality Teams

- Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen expertise
- Assembly Process & Material Flow experience
- Automation, Machine Controls & Equipment
- Sensors, Pneumatics & Electrical Systems
- Time Studies & Line Balancing
- Ergonomics & Human Factors
