This role will initially be only part-time, but we are hoping to grow our services to support a full-time position!The Resident Services Coordinator assists our Adult Day Service clients, providing engaging and stimulating activities, light ADLs such as toileting and personal hygiene, meal-time assistance, medication assistance and general oversight and supervision. Our ideal candidate will have experience with caregiving, exposure to seniors with dementia, and a kind and compassionate disposition.This position will also play a significant role in our new program of in-home services for our current independent residents. Services can include but are not limited to assistance with showers and minor ADLs, laundry, housekeeping, technology assistance, pet care, companion care, and more!RequirementsMust be 18 years or olderPossess a valid Driver's LicenseMust be able to pass a background check with fingerprintingMust have reliable transportationAssistance with Medications certification1 or more years of experience with caregiving (dementia-care preferred)Organizational SkillsExcellent Customer Service SkillsPreferred:CNA licensure
