Contract | Days | 10-hour shifts | On-call rotation included (approximately 1 day per week and every 4–6 weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and operating room duties as assigned to assist the surgeon and health care team in delivering effective surgical care
• Scrub on a variety of procedures including orthopedics, ENT (pediatric and adult), plastics, general surgery, and trauma casesSupport implant and replacement systems including Zimmer, DePuy, Biomet, and Stryker total replacement systems
• Participate in assigned call rotation, including coverage for cases outside of primary specialty as needed during on-call or off-shift hours
• Badge in and out of the facility per required protocol; wear facility-provided ceil blue scrubs
• Potential to float to additional campus locations within the Fargo area

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of surgical technologist experience
• Strong proficiency in General, ENT, Orthopedic, and Neuro surgical specialties
• Experience working in a large acute care facility with 15 or more OR suites
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• Experience with robotic surgical systems
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Must be listed on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry no later than one week prior to start date; proof of application initiation must be provided within 3 business days of offer acceptance

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following implant systems: Zimmer, DePuy, Biomet, or Stryker
• Experience in pediatric surgical cases
• Familiarity with high-volume OR environments averaging 75–100 cases per day
