Litigation Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to recruit a litigation attorney. This full time position is ideal for an attorney with at least one year of experience who is looking to build a strong foundation in litigation and gain hands on exposure to all phases of the legal process. The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload while collaborating with experienced attorneys in a fast paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with all phases of litigation from case development through resolution
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on a variety of issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs
• Participate in discovery processes including document review and preparation of responses
• Attend depositions, hearings, and court proceedings alongside senior attorneys
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel regarding case matters
• Organize and maintain case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
• Support trial preparation including preparation of exhibits, witness materials, and case summaries
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures


Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor degree and active admission to the state bar
• At least one year of litigation experience in a law firm or similar environment
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with legal research tools and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Benefits:

Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
