LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to recruit a litigation attorney. This full time position is ideal for an attorney with at least one year of experience who is looking to build a strong foundation in litigation and gain hands on exposure to all phases of the legal process. The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload while collaborating with experienced attorneys in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist with all phases of litigation from case development through resolution • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on a variety of issues • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs • Participate in discovery processes including document review and preparation of responses • Attend depositions, hearings, and court proceedings alongside senior attorneys • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel regarding case matters • Organize and maintain case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date • Support trial preparation including preparation of exhibits, witness materials, and case summaries • Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures

Qualifications: • Juris Doctor degree and active admission to the state bar • At least one year of litigation experience in a law firm or similar environment • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities • Proficiency with legal research tools and Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
