You will be an essential member of a collaborative care team focused on safety, engagement, and person-centered memory care.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, eating, and mobilityMonitor and document resident health status, behaviors, and changes in conditionSupport residents with mobility and transfers using proper safety techniquesPromote a safe, clean, and welcoming living environmentEncourage participation in daily routines and life enrichment activitiesCommunicate effectively with nurses, caregivers, and leadership regarding resident needsAssist with admissions, discharges, and transfersProvide compassionate emotional support to residents and familiesQualificationsRequired:Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificationHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentCompassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approachPreferred:Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory careExperience working with individuals living with dementiaCPR certification
