Holiday Requirements:  Travelers will work 75% of holidays

• MedSurg : DKA, Sepsis, Wounds, CHF, AKI, Client, Diabetes, Anemia, Sickle Cell Crisis
• Surgical : Pancreatitis, Spinal Fusions, Ortho total joints – Knees/Hips

• RN: Days: 1:5; Nights: 1:6 - (surge staffing could increase ratios up to 1:7-8)
• CNA: Days 1:12; Nights 1:12

• RN : BLS
• CNA : BLS

• RN : Cardiac rhythm interpretation, experience with non-titrating Cardiac drips (Cardizem/Amiodarone), general medical/surgical skillset – care of patients with tubes/drains, IV start skills, blood products, wound care/dressing changes, etc.
• CNA : acute care MedSurg experience

• CNA (Ratios – 1:12) – patient care and mobility
• Receptionist/HUC, 24/7
• Charge nurse
• Phlebotomy, 24/7
• IV/VAT Team, 24/7
• Pharmacist dedicated to unit
• Case Manager x 2 per unit
• MedSurg Clinical Nurse Specialist
• RT 24/7 – will perform Nebulizer treatments
• Nurse Educator
• Hospitalist, 24/7
• No remote Tele Monitoring - Unit Clerk, Charge/Clinical Supervisor and Staff are responsible to read and post every shift

• EMR: EPIC
• IV Pump: Alaris
• Med dispensing: Omnicell
• Monitors: Phillips
• Rover Communication

• Within region and scope of practice
• Will be required to float per region needs – will require floating to all facilities listed below, as needed, within scope of practice – DECLINE if not agreeable
• Region 2 - Pineville, Anson, Union, Union West, Central Division (CMC Main + CMC Mercy + Levine Children's Hospital)
• If floating mid-shift, Traveler will be paid for the time traveling between facilities (will remain on the clock)
