If you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and want a role where your work truly matters, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of sales associates and licensed therapistsManaging core operational functions including payroll, timekeeping, and daily financial processesDriving sales performance by monitoring metrics, setting goals, and executing strategic plansOverseeing team development, training, and performance management to build a strong, engaged staffEnsuring smooth front desk operations, scheduling efficiency, and an exceptional guest experienceMaintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environmentTracking KPIs, managing inventory, and preparing reports to support business decisionsActing as a key liaison with upper management to communicate performance and opportunitiesRequirements:Leadership experience in retail, service, or a fast-paced business environmentStrong operational mindset with experience or exposure to payroll, scheduling, and performance metricsA confident coach who can motivate teams and develop future leadersHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver resultsComfortable using systems, reports, and data to drive decisionsA growth mindset and desire to advance within a performance-driven organizationCompensation & Benefits:$40,000-45,000 starting pay (base + bonus + commission) Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Discounted massages and wellness services.We promote from within and invest in your growth.
