Crown Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Director to oversee all operations of a residential multi-family community in Florida. You will manage operations including budgeting, forecasting, lease administration, maintenance oversight, and KPI performance. Lead on-site teams, drive leasing and marketing efforts, ensure compliance with Fair Housing/ADA laws, and provide regular financial reporting to leadership.
