Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: Horizon Vancouver, WA – 3112 NE 112th Ave, Ste F Vancouver, Washington – 98682 Pay: $20.00/hr plus performance bonuses up to $2,500 in the summer. Responsibilities Greet walk‑in and phone customers, listen to understand their needs and challenges. Recommend product solutions, upsell options and complementary items to improve customers’ profitability. Collaborate with team members and use company resources to sell Horizon's value and deliver excellent service. Prepare sales orders and assist customers in selecting and loading merchandise. Make follow‑up calls to potential and existing customers to introduce opportunities and solicit additional business. Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, well‑organized, and well‑stocked sales center. Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong customer‑service attitude. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Clear communicator in spoken and written English; asks questions and identifies solutions to problems. Cooperative, dependable team player. Good computer and record‑keeping skills, and aptitude for learning evolving systems, programs, handheld technology and processes. Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Preferred: High school diploma or GED. Irrigation experience and knowledge of other landscape products helpful. Possess or obtain forklift certification.
