Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while ensuring that you are fully connected to our integrated care team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that take into consideration the interplay of medical conditions and psychiatric health, facilitating a deep understanding of each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs, ensuring continuity of care.

• Provide tailored individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, fostering a therapeutic environment that empowers patients to achieve their mental health goals.

• Engage in crisis intervention and support, offering timely assistance during mental health emergencies and ensuring that patients feel safe and supported.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or other related fields from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
