Neonatalogists and Pediatric Hospitalists provide inpatient coverage. Patient calls can be handled remotely and are dispersed among call group for outpatient care. Utilize RN on call to triage patient calls during non-business hours. Compensation: Competitive salary ( $250K per year for 18 months guarantee period ) with productivity model after the guarantee period + Quality Bonus. Sign-on bonus of $50K . Student loan repayment of up to $90K .
