Assistant Manager - Restaurant Operations

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of the restaurant! You will be responsible for overall operations. From cash handling, exceptional guest service to achieving sales and profit goals, you'll help America Run on Dunkin'. You'll also help to build and develop your restaurant management team and team members through performance, engagement and training initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

You have at least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience.
You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
You have reliable transportation.
You are available weekends
You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

In 1950, Bill Rosenberg opened the first Dunkin' Donuts shop in Quincy, Massachusetts. Dunkin' Donuts licensed the first of many franchises in 1955. It is now the world's leading baked goods and coffee chain, serving more than 3 million customers per day. Dunkin' Donuts sells 52 varieties of donuts and more than a dozen coffee beverages as well as an array of bagels, breakfast sandwiches and other baked goods. We are a locally owned and operated Dunkin' Donuts franchise, with a fast-paced, high energy environment where you get to interact with loyal customers every day. Join our team today!
