Quick Facts : Location: Hobbs, NM – 5419 North Lovington Highway Start Date: 09/05/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: Inpatient & Outpatient, Clinic & Call (24-hour beeper call) Schedule: Monday–Friday + Weekend Call Hours/Week: Provider to bid all-inclusive rate per day based on total hours Employment Type: Locum Tenens Licenses/Certs: Active NM License, DEA, boards certified (BC) in OB-GYN, BLS required Experience: Proven ability to work independently in a low-volume setting, 10+ shifts/month preferred Pay & Benefits : Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (all-inclusive daily rate bid) Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical insurance (W-2) Paid sick time as per law Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team for your success What You’ll Do : Provide OB-GYN care for inpatient and outpatient populations Manage prenatal, delivery, and postpartum encounters Conduct outpatient clinics, including gynecologic exams and consultations Cover 24-hour beeper call, including urgent inpatient cases Work independently at a low-volume hospital with approximately 40 deliveries per month Collaborate as needed with hospital staff on complex OB cases Deliver safe, quality care within a multidisciplinary team environment What You Need : Active New Mexico Medical License DEA registration Board certification (BC) in Obstetrics & Gynecology BLS certification Minimum 3+ years of OB-GYN clinical experience, preferably in independent or low-volume settings Strong surgical skills and confidence managing obstetric and gynecologic cases independently About the Assignment : This position involves providing comprehensive OB-GYN services at a reputable facility in Hobbs, NM. The provider will work both in clinic and hospital settings, with scheduled outpatient visits and 24-hour call coverage. The facility handles approximately 40 deliveries per month, emphasizing independent, high-quality care in a supportive environment.
