Caregiver (CNA, HHA, PCA)

Emerald Crest of Shakopee , a Cassia community, is hiring compassionate Caregivers (CNAs, HHAs or PCAs) to join our team in a memory care setting! Caregiver , you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. Position Type: Part-Time Shifts Available including every other weekend: Days 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Full-Time or Part-Time) Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Part-Time) Pay: $20.00-$24.38 / hour depending on experience Location: 1855 10th Avenue West, Shakopee, MN 55379 Caregiver Responsibilities: Assist the resident with daily living and personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration. Aide in programming and activities with residents. Monitoring the safety and well being of our clients. Prepare meals. light housekeeping Perform other duties as requested. Caregiver Requirements: Needs to have at least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver (Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Attendant (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)). A passion for geriatric care. Strong interpersonal and social skills are vital. Good customer service instincts will be important in interacting with family members and visitors.
