Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Allure of Lake Storey, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans
Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
Complete and maintain accurate nursing documentation
Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
Ensure resident privacy, dignity, and HIPAA compliance
Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and IV site care as needed (RN scope for IVs)
Promote a calm, respectful, and safe care environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Current, unencumbered Illinois RN or LPN license
CPR Certification required
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Compensation & Bonuses:
