Inventory Control AdministratorAt Big Brand Tire & Service, accuracy and efficiency are key to our success. We are seeking an Inventory Control Administrator to oversee inventory processes, ensure timely receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory records across our service centers.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily tire deliveries and ensure inventory is received accurately and on timeReview vendor invoices and compare against receiving records in EDGEAssist with Amazon processes and accurately enter required data into the systemPartner with service centers to resolve missing receipts and inventory discrepanciesManage open purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveriesVerify vendor delivery information, including proof of delivery and shipment detailsEnsure inventory control procedures are followed consistentlyQualificationsExperience in inventory control, logistics, purchasing, or operationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze data and identify discrepanciesProficiency in Excel and Google SheetsBenefitsPaid vacation and holidaysMedical, dental, and life insuranceVision, voluntary life, and accident insurance401(k) plan with company matchBig Brand Tire & Service is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
