Our team's goals are to accelerate Snap’s ads revenue and active advertiser growth by deeply understanding advertiser needs, planning and executing product launches, scaling product adoption and developing long-term product, vertical and advertiser segment growth strategies. What You’ll DoLead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing Science, Product Managers, and Biz Marketing to develop sales strategy and execution of high - impact products within Snap’s Revenue Product verticals of Core/API solutions.Act as the voice of the advertiser by gathering and synthesizing feedback on new and existing features, directly informing the Interfaces product strategy and roadmap shared with Director and MD-level leadershipCultivate trusted relationships with Director and MD-level stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing, influencing without authority to align on priorities and investment trade-offsDevelop and execute global go-to-market strategies for new Ads feature own positioning, messaging, sales activation, and integrated marketing to drive awareness, adoption, revenue and growth at scaleDefine and track KPIs for adoption, advertiser satisfaction, and revenue, delivering clear performance narratives to senior leadership in QBRs and strategic reviewsEstablish scalable feedback loops between advertisers, sales and product teams to prioritize high-impact opportunities and improve the end-to-end advertiser experienceCoach and up-level peers and junior PMMs, setting the standard for go-to-market excellence and AI fluency whilst elevating the craft of product marketing across the team.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAdvanced expertise in digital advertising, monetization, and platform strategyStrong executive presence with the ability to influence at the highest levelsProven leadership in scaling marketing programs and frameworks globallyExceptional communication and storytelling skills and experience across business, technical teams and Advertiser/Agency Senior Leadership Ability to operate autonomously and lead in ambiguous, high-impact initiatives across multiple teamsDemonstrated ability to champion AI adoption and lead the automation of manual workflows, freeing team capacity to focus on high-value strategic work that drives business impactMinimum QualificationsBS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or other relevant digital marketing or advertising rolesPreferred QualificationsExperience leading marketing for advertising or technology products at scaleProficiency in GTM frameworks and strategic narrative developmentAbility to translate market intelligence into product directionComfortable with data analysis and visualization using tools like Looker or similar platformsIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information.Default Together Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
