Mobile App Developer (React Native)

Salary: $60,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 3+ years of professional mobile development experience, including production work with React Native and TypeScript.
• We need proficiency in Swift for native iOS development.
• You must have helped ship at least one app to both the App Store and Google Play; please include links.
• We require backend experience building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs, working with databases, and implementing authentication.
• You should have experience with Git, code review, and automated testing.
• You must be able to work full time on site at our Miami office.
• You must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred experience includes AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, DynamoDB or RDS, Amplify, and CloudWatch.
• Preferred qualifications also include Kotlin or Java for native Android development.
• Mobile CI/CD experience with tools like Fastlane, EAS, GitHub Actions, or similar is preferred.
• React or Next.js web development experience is preferred.
• Experience building apps that manage confidential or regulated data, such as legal, healthcare, or financial information, is preferred.
• Comfort using AI coding tools such as Claude Code in a daily workflow is preferred.
• Spanish proficiency is preferred.

• We build and deliver iOS and Android features from a shared React Native and TypeScript codebase.
• We write native Swift modules, and Kotlin when needed, for platform-specific features such as push notifications, biometrics, camera and document capture, and secure storage.
• We design, develop, and maintain the APIs and backend services our apps rely on, including authentication, data models, file storage, and notifications.
• We own the release workflow for both platforms, including signing, provisioning, TestFlight, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, versioning, and crash monitoring.
• We create fully bilingual English and Spanish interfaces that are clear, fast, and accessible.
• We protect sensitive client information through strong authentication, encryption, and access control practices.
• We write tested, documented, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• We translate product specs and designs into finished features and identify technical risks early.

Verde Law, PLLC is a bilingual English and Spanish immigration and personal injury law firm based in Miami. This is a full-time, in-person role at our Miami office, where you will work with our existing development team and directly with attorneys, paralegals, and staff who use the tools we build. The position covers the full mobile stack, along with the backend services and cloud infrastructure that support our apps.
