Remote National Claims Leader, Workers' Compensation

Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is looking for a National Captive Leader to manage complex claims and drive team performance. This fully remote role requires strong leadership and a minimum of 12 years related experience, preferably with TPA experience. You will be responsible for overseeing claim functions, conducting evaluations, and adjusting claims strategies while fostering a collaborative environment. This position also offers a comprehensive compensation package including a range of benefits from day one. #J-18808-Ljbffr
