Experienced LPN Neurosurgical Practice – Clinic Only (No Nights, Weekends, or Hospital Call) A busy and well-established private neurosurgical practice in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. This is a full-time, clinic-only position supporting a busy neurosurgeon. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends No holidays Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting the neurosurgeon during clinic sessions Scheduling surgeries and coordinating pre-operative testing Ordering diagnostic tests and imaging studies Answering and returning patient phone calls Preparing and documenting patient charts Performing various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned Qualifications Candidates must possess: Current Virginia LPN license Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a medical office or specialty practice Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care Preferred Experience Experience in surgical scheduling Neurosurgery, orthopedics, or other specialty practice experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Other benefits available Job Type Full-Time Location Richmond, VA If you are a motivated healthcare professional who enjoys working closely with patients and supporting a busy surgical practice, we encourage you to apply.
