Business Solutions Advisor - Inland Empire East Market

Job Summary This position is responsible for providing specialized and personalized service and offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings. The role focuses on building new and deepening existing client relationships by conducting client meetings, presenting customized solutions, and ensuring sales performance is balanced with operational risk and client relationship care. Responsibilities Recommend financial advice and guidance that align with client goals and needs. Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients using the full capabilities of the bank. Analyze client financial needs and recommend alternative or additional services that best align with the client’s priorities. Connect with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conduct consistent follow‑up to meet client needs. Make decisions on client requests and refer to appropriate internal partners based on client needs. Partner with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to associates to deliver an exceptional client experience. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience and proven success with business‑to‑business sales and/or small business banking. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence clients effectively. Effective customer service skills and ability to manage a full client end‑to‑end experience and problem resolution. Proven sales track record. Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships. Experience with outbound phone sales. Desired Qualifications Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills. Experience with in‑person customer service and sales. Experience working with small business clients. Experience meeting or exceeding goals. Working knowledge of small business products and services. Bilingual skills. This role is eligible for a formulaic incentive plan with monthly, quarterly, and/or annual incentive opportunities earned based on performance against defined metrics.
