Our client, a global multi-brand fashion and lifestyle company , is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to join its NYC recruiting team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a high-volume, hands-on recruiting role for someone who enjoys true full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, candidate engagement, and learning the business. The position will support a mix of creative, design-adjacent, merchandising, product, ecommerce, project management, and store-related corporate roles across multiple well-known brands.

Location: New York, NY

Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week

Compensation: $45/hr

What You'll Do

• Manage a high-volume requisition load across a variety of corporate functions and business areas.
• Recruit across roles that may include visual merchandising, art direction, global merchandising, product development, technical design, marketing, media, retention, ecommerce, project management, store construction, and related functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Own sourcing strategy and actively identify talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Build strong candidate relationships and provide an engaging, high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer.
• Effectively pitch opportunities, brands, teams, and career paths to prospective candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates for both technical qualifications and overall fit.
• Participate in business and recruiting meetings, learn the broader organization, and build strong relationships across teams.
• Monitor search progress and proactively adjust sourcing or recruiting strategy when pipelines are not producing the right talent.
• Maintain strong organization and follow-through across multiple active searches at once.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruiting experience, ideally in an in-house, agency, fashion, retail, consumer, creative, design, or adjacent environment
• Experience recruiting for creative or design-adjacent roles is a plus, but the team is open to strong recruiting generalists from other industries who have a genuine interest in fashion and consumer brands.
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence proactively identifying and engaging passive talent.
• Ability to manage a high requisition load in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong candidate-facing presence with the ability to build relationships, generate excitement, and confidently sell opportunities.
• Curious and consultative approach to recruiting — someone who wants to understand the business, not simply move candidates through a process.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Positive energy, adaptability, and comfort working across a wide variety of role types.
• Passion for recruiting and a strong understanding of how to build and maintain talent pipelines.
