Job Overview A law firm seeks a Patent Agent to join the Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group in San Francisco, CA. The role involves working on the Electrical Engineering & Software Team, focusing on patent prosecution and litigation related to 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards. Duties Draft and prosecute patent applications. Collaborate with the Electrical Engineering & Software Team. Engage in patent litigation support activities. Requirements 2-6 years of legal experience in patent prosecution. Admitted to the USPTO. Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a similar field. Experience with wireless communication standards is desired. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Education Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred. Certifications USPTO registration required. Skills Proficiency in patent drafting and prosecution.
