Job Overview A law firm seeks a patent agent or technical advisor to join its patents team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 5G, Wi-Fi, and other wireless technologies, artificial intelligence, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end. This position offers location flexibility across all US offices. Duties Assist in patent prosecution and portfolio management. Collaborate with clients to develop and manage patent portfolios. Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies. Prepare and file patent applications. Requirements Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent. At least two years of patent prosecution experience. Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualified to register. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Education Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Certifications USPTO registration or eligibility. Skills Experience in wireless technologies and AI. Proficiency in processor and memory systems. Knowledge of image processing and RF front-end.
