Direct message the job poster from Marina Sirras & Associates LLC Patent Agent or Science Advisor - Chemistry Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a Patent Agent or Science Advisor for its Intellectual Property Transactions practice in New York, Boston, San Francisco or Redwood City offices. The salary for this role is between $155k to $175k. Qualifications 2-4 years of patent drafting and prosecution of U.S. and international life science patent applications. Experience conducting prior art searches, assessing technologies for patentability and infringement, and managing patent portfolios while under guidance of senior advisors. Strong academic credentials with excellent technical writing and communication skills. Advanced degree in Chemistry [Ph.D. or M.S.] or equivalent chemistry degree is preferred. Ability to become admitted to the USPTO is required. Law school tuition available.
