Genesis10 is currently seeking a Presales Technical Solutions Consultant for a contract position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in Eagan, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $86.00 - $89.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
The Presales Technical Solutions Consultant serves as a strategic interface between technology, enterprise architecture, sales, and marketing for our client. This individual will translate complex technical capabilities, architecture concepts, data solutions, and emerging digital capabilities into clear and compelling client-facing solutions. The role requires someone who can understand technical subject matter and abstract that information into business outcomes, client journeys, and solution stories that resonate with nontechnical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales teams during presales activities, RFP responses, client discussions, and solution development
• Translate technical architecture, capabilities, and specifications into understandable client-facing stories
• Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations, conceptual diagrams, visuals, and other solution-oriented materials
• Work with enterprise and solution architects to understand technical capabilities and transform highly detailed technical information into business-level messaging
• Develop client, member, provider, and prescriber journeys that demonstrate how the technology solutions create value
• Explain the business implications and benefits of technical capabilities rather than simply presenting technical features
• Translate analytics, digital capabilities, data, and healthcare technology into meaningful use cases for different healthcare personas
• Serve as an interface between sales and the broader technology organization, helping sales navigate a complex technology operating model
• Participate directly in client conversations and RFP processes
• Ensure client expectations remain aligned with actual delivery capabilities and avoid overcommitting the organization
• Build credibility and trusted-advisor relationships with client stakeholders

Primary Requirements:

• Exceptional ability to turn technical concepts into compelling business stories and articulate benefits from the perspective of clients, members, providers, and prescribers
• Able to take highly detailed technical information and elevate it to an executive/client level
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation presence, and strong PowerPoint capability
• Strong listening skills and consultative demeanor; personable and credible without being overly sales-oriented
• Highly responsible and reliable; understands that credibility and reputation with the client are more important than simply "winning the sale”
• Strong preference for healthcare experience; PBM, integrated specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare technology experience is attractive
• Experience with solution selling, consultative selling, advisory services, technical account management, or customer success
• Familiarity with the evolution from legacy/mainframe environments toward modern digital experiences
• Must be able to understand technical architecture, conceptual diagrams, data capabilities, integrations, and technology terminology sufficiently to work effectively with technical SMEs
