Sira runs scheduling, timesheets, payroll, HR, and invoicing for deskless teams. We started with security guard companies — 50 to 300 officers, 24/7 coverage, payroll that has to be right to the minute or someone doesn't make rent. We replace their ADP + Connecteam + QuickBooks + cousin's spreadsheet stack.

You'd own whole surfaces. Pick a problem, talk to the customer, ship it, watch someone use it that week. The case for AI workflows has never been clearer, and it's in a product with real customer value. We can change the game, and you'd lead us on the product side, hand in hand.
