Our back-of-the-house team members are responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating up Beef's delicious menu items according to recipe specs. Responsibilities include following food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage, following safety and sanitation procedures, keeping equipment clean and the work area organized, and completing duties without constant supervision.

Requirements include being at least 18 years old, available to work weekend and holiday shifts, able to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English, able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment, continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds, and exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.
