Civil Litigation Attorney

Latitude is partnering with a well-established litigation firm to fill a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney position that offers a clear path to leadership and ownership. Responsibilities Manage a diverse litigation docket from investigation through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, expert coordination, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Focus on complex property damage and recovery matters, regularly working with national clients and sophisticated corporate stakeholders. Collaborate with a team‑oriented environment, take on meaningful responsibility, and directly interact with clients. Qualifications Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Ohio (or willingness to obtain); Indiana and/or Kentucky licensure is a plus. 5+ years of civil litigation experience. Strong experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and working with experts. Trial experience (bench or jury) preferred; second‑chair experience considered. Ability to manage cases independently with minimal oversight once onboarded. Strong analytical, writing, and client communication skills. Stable work history and demonstrated commitment to long‑term professional growth. Position Details Type of role: Law Firm Direct Hire Schedule: Full‑time Location: Cleveland, Ohio (remote from Ohio or Indiana considered; hybrid or onsite preferred) Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $130,000 to $175,000, based on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
