Overview Wheatland Internal Medicine Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate mid-level provider to join our Primary Care team. As a full-time member of our clinic, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and contribute to the overall success of our practice. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care After hour calls rotation with physician and other midlevels Requirements Graduation from an accredited program Current state licensure Certification PA-C Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Wheatland IMC offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 onwards per year commensurate with experience. 401(K) retirement savings plus 5% matching, PTO plus 6 paid holidays, quarterly bonus (performance based), Health Insurance premium reimbursement and CME allowances.
