Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) PositionWe are looking for a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our team.Come join our family, with a great leadership team, and culture at the facility!We are a short 30-min drive from Downtown Dallas.Hourly Range: $20-40, pending experience - DOECertified Surgical Technologist (CST) Responsibilities:Experience with eye surgery (loading IOLs/setting up phacoemulsification machine/etc.)Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) prepares the operating room by sterilizing and setting up the necessary equipment for the procedure.Handles instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure.Responsible for assembling all equipment and ensuring it functions properly.Selects and checks case charts and preference cards for correct instrument pan(s), packs, sterile supplies, and additional items needed for the case to facilitate timely procedure start timesSchedule: Tuesday or Thursday, no on-call requiredA kind/patient-centric leadership team and culture to be a part of!Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Qualifications:Completion of an accredited surgical technician program or equivalentCST certification or able to obtain within 1st year of employment1 year of experience as surgical technologist within eye surgery is preferredCertified Surgical Technologist (CST) Benefits:Working and learning about the latest technology in eye surgeryJob Type: Part-timePay: $20-40.00 per hourBenefits:Food providedLatest technologyMentorshipSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Waxahachie, TX 75165 - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Surgical Technologist: 1 year (Eye surgery Preferred)License/Certification:Certified Surgical Technologist (Preferred)Work Location: One location
