Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Support Technician to join their team onsite in Westlake, OH.Skills and Qualifications:Strong Level 2 support experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas:Retalix POS SuiteBack Office Systems (BOS)Retail Store Controller ApplicationsInventory & Fuel Management SystemsPOS terminals, payment systems, store controllers, and retail operations supportClient Aloha POS Administration & SupportRestaurant Technology PlatformsKitchen Display Systems (KDS)POS Hardware & Peripheral DevicesPayment Processing IntegrationVerifone Payment TerminalsElectronic Payment ProcessingCard Acquiring & Settlement ProcessesPCI DSS CompliancePayment Gateways & Loyalty IntegrationsRetail Technology Ecosystems & Network TroubleshootingWage Range: The rate for this position is between $20.02 - $26.70 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher.
