Maintenance & Facilities Manager - Industrial Manufacturing 

Location: Brookville, OH
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year + Incentives 
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations and ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our manufacturing facility in Brookville, Ohio. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing maintenance personnel, facility systems, preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that support production goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team while ensuring appropriate staffing and performance.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment and facility systems.
• Drive equipment reliability and reduce downtime through effective maintenance strategies and root cause analysis.
• Develop, implement, and audit Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs and standards.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, including uptime, downtime, PM compliance, and work order backlog.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic PLC-controlled systems.
• Oversee facility systems, utilities, contractors, and ancillary equipment.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Plant Leadership to support safety, quality, and operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing maintenance personnel.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance systems.
• Experience with 208V and 480V three-phase electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Experience using CMMS systems and maintenance metrics to improve equipment performance.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting experience.

Preferred

• Advanced PLC troubleshooting experience.
• MIG, TIG, or ARC welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Facility systems and contractor management experience.
