Associate, Product & Technology, Ads and Games FP&A

Netflix is looking for experienced finance professionals to join the Consolidations FP&A team for our Product, Technology, Ads, and Games organizations. This hybrid role is based in Los Gatos, California and reports to the Manager of Consolidations FP&A. Responsibilities Support roll‑up of long and short‑term financial forecasts, budgeting, and headcount planning, and deliver monthly, quarterly corporate deliverables and long‑range planning. Manage workflow to consolidate variance analysis from FP&A team members. Create insightful presentations that summarize analyses and facilitate decision‑making. Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses to deliver insights and facilitate trade‑off discussions, scenario plans, and opportunity sizing. Support creation, standardization, and automation of management reporting in dashboards, reports, and templates. Consolidate financial projections and assumptions in planning systems including Anaplan, Workday, TM1, etc. Drive systemization and automation across financial workflows to scale with the business. Requirements 5+ years of direct FP&A experience with a proven track record in financial and strategic analysis. Prior experience in consolidations, technology FP&A, or strategic finance in a tech environment (preferred). Strong analytical instincts: identify the right questions, synthesize complex data, and communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to build relationships and partner with cross‑functional teams. High agency professional who thrives in a fast‑paced dynamic environment and maintains logical rigor when models and assumptions are stressed. Very strong project management, planning, and organizational skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Superior proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with expertise building and managing complex financial models. Proven ability to integrate GenAI and automation into daily workflow to accelerate data analysis and surface insights faster. Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards or other BI tools (e.g., Looker) with strong quality controls. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; strong knowledge of accounting and high integrity and ethics. Familiarity with financial systems such as Anaplan and TM1 is a plus. Compensation and Benefits Compensation is a base salary only; the range for this role is $155,000.00 – $225,000.00.
