Job Title: Regenerative Medicine Nurse Practitioner XCELL Regenerative Services (XRS) is rapidly expanding and seeking four (4) full-time Regenerative Medicine Nurse Practitioners to join our growing clinical team. Current Openings: Tampa, FL Miami, FL Position Overview The Regenerative Medicine Nurse Practitioner is a unique clinical role focused on delivering exceptional musculoskeletal care through advanced diagnostic evaluation, regenerative medicine, and ultrasound-guided procedures. XRS providers serve as the clinical extension of our partner practices, bridging the gap between conservative care and advanced regenerative intervention. Prior regenerative medicine experience is not required. We are looking for experienced clinicians with strong clinical judgment, procedural aptitude, exceptional patient communication skills, and the ability to rapidly learn and apply new medical knowledge. The NP will complete an intensive 12-week clinical training program in Clearwater, Florida, under the supervision of our Medical Director. Training will focus on musculoskeletal diagnostic reasoning, imaging integration, patient selection, orthobiologic science, treatment planning, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and ultrasound-guided procedures. Providers will progress through competency-based assessment and procedure-specific clinical privileging while continuing development toward RMSK (Registered in Musculoskeletal Sonography) standards. Following training, the NP will combine advanced clinical decision-making, procedural expertise, patient education, and clinical ownership to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Title, level, and compensation are determined based on experience, clinical competency, autonomy, and demonstrated impact. Company Overview XCELL Regenerative Services partners with practices to provide comprehensive regenerative medicine services without requiring practices to hire internal procedural providers, purchase specialized equipment, or develop regenerative medicine infrastructure independently. Musculoskeletal ultrasound evaluations Regenerative medicine consultations Diagnostic imaging review and treatment planning Ultrasound-guided regenerative medicine procedures Patient education and informed decision-making Collaborative care with partner providers Longitudinal follow-up and outcomes monitoring Under physician medical oversight, our team brings advanced clinical expertise, education, and standardized regenerative medicine care directly into partner practices. Work Schedule Monday–Friday, full-time position Approximately four (4) days per week providing patient care within partner chiropractic clinics throughout the assigned territory One (1) dedicated day each week at XRS headquarters for clinical training, continuing education, case review, provider collaboration, and operational meetings Schedule may vary based on patient volume and partner clinic needs Travel throughout the assigned territory is required Clinical Evaluation & Diagnostics Conduct comprehensive patient histories and musculoskeletal examinations. Review prior conservative treatments and diagnostic imaging, including MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound. Develop appropriate differential diagnoses and individualized treatment plans. Integrate patient history, examination, imaging, and available clinical evidence into treatment recommendations. Determine candidacy for regenerative medicine procedures. Order appropriate diagnostic imaging when clinically indicated and within applicable scope. Utilize musculoskeletal ultrasound for diagnostic evaluation and procedural planning. Recognize when additional evaluation is needed or when regenerative intervention is not appropriate. Escalate complex, uncertain, or higher-risk cases to the supervising physician or Medical Director. Collaborate with partner providers regarding patient care recommendations. Understand each patient's goals, concerns, expectations, and prior treatment experience. Translate clinical information and imaging findings into clear, understandable language. Educate patients regarding treatment options, anticipated benefits, limitations, risks, alternatives, and recovery expectations. Discuss the cost and value of elective or non-covered treatment options professionally and without pressure. Help patients make informed treatment decisions without guaranteeing outcomes. Obtain informed consent and answer patient questions before and after treatment. Maintain exceptional communication and manage expectations throughout the patient journey. Procedures Prepare orthobiologic products according to established XRS protocols. Perform approved ultrasound-guided procedures following required competency assessment and clinical privileging. Maintain sterile technique, procedural safety, and accurate documentation. Recognize and appropriately manage procedural complications or unexpected findings. Identify when a procedure should be delayed, modified, discontinued, or escalated. Participate in ongoing procedural observation, feedback, competency assessment, and quality review. Practice Coordination Coordinate clinical and injection days with partner practices and XRS operations. Ensure imaging, documentation, supplies, scheduling, and clinical prerequisites are completed before treatment. Communicate relevant clinical findings and recommendations with referring providers. Work collaboratively with partner practices to maintain efficient clinic flow and an exceptional patient experience. Take ownership of clinical follow-through and ensure communication loops are closed. Professional Development & Administration Successfully complete the XRS 12-week Clinical Training Program. Participate in simulation, role-play, direct observation, ultrasound education, procedural labs, and case-based learning. Independently review assigned clinical literature, imaging cases, and emerging evidence. Participate in ongoing case, procedure, documentation, and quality review. Accept and implement direct clinical and procedural feedback. Maintain required NP licensure and certifications. Continue development toward RMSK-level musculoskeletal ultrasound competency. Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation and maintain HIPAA compliance. Track patient outcomes and participate in quality-improvement initiatives. Contribute to the development of clinical protocols, workflows, and patient-care processes as XRS grows. Completion of training does not automatically confer independent procedural privileges. Clinical privileges are granted based on demonstrated competency, safety, and Medical Director approval. Minimum Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with active, unrestricted state licensure and appropriate national certification Minimum of two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience required Three (3) or more years of clinical experience strongly preferred Active prescriptive authority and ability to satisfy applicable collaborative, supervisory, or prescribing requirements Current BLS certification ACLS certification or willingness to obtain prior to independent procedures Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate malpractice coverage Demonstrated procedural experience and comfort with needles, sterile technique, and technical clinical procedures Strong foundational clinical judgment and ability to develop a differential diagnosis Ability to recognize clinical limitations and appropriately involve a physician Demonstrated ability to independently learn and apply unfamiliar medical information Excellent patient communication and education skills Comfortable discussing treatment costs, value, alternatives, and non-covered services Highly coachable and receptive to direct feedback and ongoing clinical evaluation Comfortable working independently across multiple partner practice locations Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory Ability to complete the full 12-week training program in Clearwater, Florida Preferred Qualifications Three (3) to five (5)+ years of clinical experience Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, surgery, orthopedics, sports medicine, interventional pain, dermatology/aesthetics, occupational medicine, wound care, or procedural primary care Prior injection, image-guided procedure, surgical assisting, or other high-repetition procedural experience Experience reviewing X-rays, MRI, or other diagnostic imaging Experience in cash-pay, elective, aesthetics, concierge, longevity, functional medicine, or other patient-choice healthcare environments Experience discussing elective or non-covered treatment options Evidence of continuing clinical education beyond minimum licensure requirements Previous leadership, clinical training, workflow-development, or quality-improvement experience Prior musculoskeletal ultrasound exposure is a plus but not required Who Thrives at XRS The strongest XRS providers are not defined solely by the number of injections they have performed. They are clinicians who can learn, think, connect, recommend, and recognize their limits. As an early member of a growing clinical organization, the NP should be comfortable with evolving systems, contributing to workflow development, identifying opportunities for improvement, and taking ownership of the patient and partner-practice experience. We are looking for clinicians who want to build advanced expertise—not simply learn how to perform injections. Compensation W-2 Employment Base Salary: $95,000–$105,000 annually On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$130,000+ Performance Commission Program Paid company holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) eligibility Company-paid regenerative medicine clinical training Company-paid musculoskeletal ultrasound and RMSK-focused education Company-paid housing in Clearwater, Florida during the 12-week training period #J-18808-Ljbffr XCELL Regenerative Services
