Job Description

They are looking for a highly motivated engineer who is highly motivated in developing their skills in civil engineering and roadway design

Responsibilities:

• Design of roadway geometrics and pavements, grading, storm sewer, cross sections, MOT, traffic signals, and ADA ramps
• Perform designs from preliminary through final design
• Develop plans, specifications, reports, and quantity computations
• Ensure design compliance with state/local codes, ordinances, and agency requirements
• Working independently as well as in a team to develop informed decisions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in transportation design experience
• BS in Civil Engineering preferred
• EIT/FE Certification (PE Licensure is a plus)
• Proficient with MiroStation, Geopak, AutoCAD, and PowerGeopak
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment

Compensation/Benefits:

• $85,000 to $115,000 on base compensation
• 3 weeks’ vacation
• 401k retirement plan with employer match
• Hybrid work schedule
